Room Layouts

Conference / Boardroom

Ideal for brainstorming sessions and interactive discussions, couple with  full audiovisual capabilities, flip charts, and coffee station to maximize your meeting. 8 – 20 persons

U-shape / T-shape

These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. Presentation are frequently given at the open end of the seating.

Rounds

Typical layout for meal service and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.

Theater

Highest seating capacity for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. Presentations, sermons, and public appearances frequent this style of set up.

Classroom

Tables laid out with chairs on one side for focused attention, material distribution, and for taking notes. Most common set up for medium to large-size lectures. Style deducts from over use of space requiring larger rooms for setup.

Reception / Social

Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served.

We frequently use the atrium, courtyard, and pool deck to allow for flowing attendance of 1000+ guests.
